1 - I want to have a VinaPhone postpaid subscription. What do I have to do?

Thank you for choosing our service. To use VinaPhone postpaid subscrition you are advised to come to VinaPhone shops nationwide for registration. Please be noted by some required procedures: If you are a Vietnamese: Identify card (or other card issued by the Authorities and has your latest photograph attached). Permanent residence register. Request form for supply of mobile phone services. Contract for supply and use of mobile phone services. If you are a limited company, or private company, or stock company: Your representative needs to show: Identify card, company's letter of introduction. Company bussines permit issued by the Authorities (original or notarized). Contract for supply and use of mobile phone services (signed and stamped by company's leader). If you are Govermental enterprise: Your representative needs to show: Identify card, company's letter of introduction. Contract for supply and use of mobile phone services (signed and stamped by company's leader). If you are a foreigner: Passport (3 months longer valid) Guaranty of Embassy or representative office in Vietnam Request form for supply of mobile phone services. Contract for supply and use of mobile phone services. If you are a foreign representative office, foreign company, join venture company: Your representative needs to show: Identify card, company's letter of introduction. Request form for supply of mobile phone services. Contract for supply and use of mobile phone services. Business license issued by Ministry of Investement and Planning or City People Committee. Operation permit by the Authorities original or notarized (3 months longer valid) Bank confirmation (if direct bank debited payment subscribers)

2 - I am a postpaid. Next time I have to go abroad on business for months. Can I temporary suspend my subscription for some months?

Yes, you can. Full fill request form for suspension, pay all remaining charges until the suspension is effective, pay applicable charge during the period of suspension. A period of suspension will last a maximum of six months.

3 - I want to transfer the right to use my VinaPhone number to my sister. What is necessary procedure do I have to complete?

You and your sister should come to VinaPhone transaction office to complete procedures as: -Full fill a Record of transfer of rights to use mobile phone service. -Pay applicable charge for the right of transfer: VND 50.000/one time transfer (VAT included). -Pay all remaining charges until the transfer is effective. -New contract between your sister and VinaPhone (phone number is unchanged). Note: Application on Behalf If Transferor or Transferee is unable to apply in person, an authorized person may submit the application on behalf. He/She must produce the applicants' original documents, an authorisation letter, together with his/her original identification documents for verification. The transfer application form (obtainable from the counter) must be pre-signed by both the Transferor and the Transferee.

4 - I intend to use prepaid replacing postpaid subscription. How can I do?

Please come to VinaPhone transaction office to complete procedures as follows: -Full fill a form to terminate the current contract for supply and use of mobile phone service. -Pay all remaining charges until the termination is effective. -Full fill a request form for changing type of subscription. -SIM card and subscription number are kept unchanged. -Connection fee is not refunded. -No charge is applicable in the case vinaphone
